Inspiretec are a travel technology company that provides a specialist travel CRM for agents. Their platform includes a search, costs of packages, and back-office management.
The integration with Widgety allows users to search for multiple cruise lines and add a cruise to basket with other travel components to build up a tailor-made cruise package. All the detail of the cruise will be stored in the Reservation Platform, removing the need to input lengthy itineraries and fix any potential typos this can bring. All the data can then be used on customer quotes or booking documentation, including in self-service portals (manage my booking).
It’s fantastic to be in partnership with Widgety, allowing our customers to have access to such great cruise content.
The Widgety integration forms part of the Cruise Module within Inspiretec’s Reservations Platform. Pricing will be determined by usage and functionality required.
