Using Widgety, Dolphin Dynamics have created a new Cruise Content Capture Module.
The Dolphin Dynamics Cruise Capture Module, developed in collaboration with Widgety enables travel agents to automatically populate Dolphin with precise, up-to-date cruise itineraries and related information – eliminating manual data entry and dramatically accelerating the booking process.
Using the new Cruise Lookup tool, agents simply select the cruise line and departure date. The system instantly retrieves verified content from Widgety’s extensive cruise database of over a thousand ships and loads it into Dolphin within seconds. The result is faster quote preparation, more accurate documentation and streamlined customer service.
The Cruise Content Capture module is designed to save travel businesses significant time while
improving data quality. By capturing content in real time, agents can be confident that cruise information stored in Dolphin is consistent, standardised and current. The new tool also enhances tracking and reporting, helping agencies meet contractual requirements and gain clearer insight into their cruise performance.
