Event FAQs

Conference registration opens from 09:30am. Please ensure you are registered and seated by 10:15 am. You must wear conference badge at all times.

Please note luggage storage will be available for those people who have not yet checked in to their accommodation. It will be held for the day and should be collected at the Trade Fair – please make sure any luggage is clearly labelled with your name, mobile number and which transfer collection point you have requested.

End Time: 11:59PM

Location: Southampton O2 Guildhall

Due to the popularity of the celebratory CLIA Sailaway party last year, we are bringing it back! Our party night approach will offer delegates drinks, snack stations and some amazing entertainment. So throw on your glad rags and dancing shoes for a not to be missed evening!

Please remember to bring your name badge with you to gain access to the party, there is no need to wear it once you are inside the building. You will be expected to show your badge if you leave and re-enter the building.

If you have an accommodation booking with CLIA, the details will have been emailed to you directly prior to the event. 

Please note that if you are sharing a room with someone the booking will only show on the lead booker's joining instructions.

Please note that no parking is available at the port. Please use the transfers provided.

Please note that branding from other cruise lines is not permitted on the ship tours.

Please remember your passport/ID. Access to the ships could be denied should you fail to bring along the valid form of ID you submitted at the time of registering.

Please also note that adhering to the timings for the transfers and ship visits is vital to ensure we have access to the ships. Both are very busy days at the port so prompt arrival by coach will make the process smoother for delegates and the cruise lines.
