Single sign-on allows easy access to the AI, using the same credentials as work accounts, simplifying user management and eliminating repeated logins.

 

Every conversation with the AI chatbot is saved, making it simple to refer back to past interactions to check or share information as needed. The AI can also generate summaries of any conversation at any time, with options to specify length or tone for different audiences.

The AI chatbot can curate content in a visual and easy-to-read format, based upon customer requests, which can be easily shared with the customer.

 

Each question will receive two responses: one piece of personal copy sharing the answer to your question, and one visual layout, sharing the same answer in a visual way so you can view the answer in the way which is easiest for you.

Clearly see which members of your team are the most active, what your agents are searching for, what your customers are interested in and export any chats to your own platforms to analyse the data. Team Admins are able to view any chats that a team member has had with the AI chatbot.

 

We are presently working on collecting and sharing anonymised statistics, data and analytics from our AI chatbot users across the travel industry to allow all users to see general trends.

Customised and Personalised

 

The AI chatbot can be customised with company branding, colours, and fonts to ensure a streamlined experience for employees. A unique persona can be assigned, and both the initial prompt and response language can be easily adjusted. Additionally, the chat responds only with information related to the cruise lines being sold, ensuring agents receive only relevant information.

 

Throughout conversations, the chatbot will take into account the previous chats in that conversation. For example, if it’s been mentioned that a customer will be travelling with two children, it will consider this when answering each further question.

Email and Social Media Template Creation

 

The AI chatbot can create email templates of cruise and tour suggestions, and their respective itineraries which can be easily emailed to a customer or added to a quote.

Future Developments

Our AI chatbot is being continually developed and we have some exciting updates in the works. We are currently working on allowing the chatbot to receive information from the Widgety API, so that it can also answer questions about touring products. We are also working on adding in multi-currency, ensuring you will be able to see fare in every available currency. Finally, we are working on creating a consumer-facing AI chatbot, which consumers can use in the pre and post booking stages.
