Content & Assets

This helps our Content Team access the information and assets needed to build and maintain your pages on Widgety. Where possible, please set up any accounts, newsletters or mailing lists using content@widgety.co.uk.

Provided images should be high resolution.

Your primary points of contact for content, assets and trade portal queries are christi@widgety.co.uk and content@widgety.co.uk.

Image Library

We use your image library to maintain your Operator and Ship Pages including lifestyle, destinations, activities, interiors and exteriors.

Please avoid restricting access unnecessarily, as this may limit our ability to showcase your brand as comprehensively as possible.

We can work with a wide range of image formats, so there is no need to convert assets before sharing them.

File names should include credits, ship name and facility. To help our team navigate the available resources in the provided gallery or galleries efficiently, please let us know if there is a keyword, filter or collection we can use to identify assets that are approved for use.

We will avoid using stock images unless you confirm they are licensed for use on Widgety.

Note: Widgety does not hold ABTA or CLIA membership, so please create any required account using content@widgety.co.uk.

Is the Content Contact the same as?

Are image credits embedded in filenames or metadata in the provided gallery?

Logo Pack

Please share access to your logo pack if available, ideally including PNG files with transparent backgrounds.

Upcoming ship launches, dry-docks, brochure launches or product changes

So we can diary these and update your pages in advance.

Contact Requests

Should you wish to amend anything on your Operator or Ship Pages after the Content Team has built them, please contact content@widgety.co.uk. For brochures and small updates, simply send us an email. For larger changes, please request a Widgety Content Request (WCR) form.

Destination Imagery

We can feature your own destination imagery on ports of call rather than our generic photography. If you'd like us to use your images, please tell us where we can access them in the fields below. Photo credits can be added if required, and your images will not appear on other cruise lines' itineraries.
